The ECP referral service allows us to match up
patients with facilities subscribing to our service. We
are constantly upgrading our web based software which
allows providers to view a queue of patients available
for them to treat.
These are patients who have enrolled with our
service. There is no charge for the patient and we
collect the complete data on the patient, such as
address, insurance coverage and preliminary clinical
data.
We also collect information from the providers that
is requested by the patients, such as the waiting period
for a procedure, satellite offices, number of machines,
number of years of experience, practice type and more.
Some of this information is used by our referral system
and some is passed on to the patients as part of the
match making process.
We charge a flat fee for the subscription on a
monthly basis. There is a small fee for
pre-authorization services which frees up your staff's
time and gives you a better view of the steps necessary
to successfully treat the patient while assuring
adequate reimbursement from the carrier.
