Dear Patient, Thank you for your interest in NeuroVision’s FDA-approved NVC vision correction technology for adult amblyopia. NVC technology is available to you for home treatment of adult amblyopia. This information will be used to assess your suitability for the NVC treatment program. This assessment will be made in conjunction with your local eye care provider, who will be asked to monitor your progress during the course of your treatment. If you are deemed a suitable candidate, you will be supplied with a computer system. This is an integral component in the treatment regimen and will remain your property. The computer will need to be situated in a room that can be darkened and where the patient can sit 5ft. from the screen. You will also be provided with one day of training at MSO before you begin the treatment. Treatment Cost The treatment cost covering enrollment, training and support is $ 2,000 (plus actual shipping cost which varies from country to country). The computer, monitor and speakers, are yours to keep (valued at $1,000). You will be required to pay your eye care provider separately for his services. The treatment will be performed in the privacy of your home, we will supply all the training material in written and on CD forms. Your Satisfaction Guaranteed! We will guarantee your treatment results only if you fit the following inclusion criteria: Best Corrected Initial Visual Acuity of less then 20/100, (strabismic and/or anisometropic amblyopia), and a strabismus of less than 8 prism diopters.
