MSO Background
Since its incorporation, MSO launched numerous healthcare companies
providing services to HMO's, hospitals, payers and physicians.
MSO's founder - Dr. Jacob Dagan was involved back in 1970's in the
development of some of the technologies which are in use until today in the
fields of cardiology, nucleaar medicine and biomedical engineering.
As a company that creates physician related services, MSO developed a
keen understanding to some of the problems facing modern medicine, and in
particular in the United States. We have been to both sides of the "fence"
and worked on pushing medical devices through the FDA, saw the intricate
power struggle between physician groups, lived through the dilemmas of
managed care from the perspective of a provider as well as a network
management group.
As a result, MSO has come up with innovations and suggestions circulated
amongst decision makers in healthcare and public policy which were adopted
or reproduced for consumption to other public policy organizations.
For the first time in a decade, we open up our library of public policy
documents and presentations to the general public.
