purchase RESPeRATE
at my local drugstore?
A: Currently, RESPeRATE is only available
directly through InterCure, the manufacturer. You can
either
order online
or call 201-670-9999.

RESPeRATE
come with a money-back guarantee?
A:Yes. For purchases made directly from MSO
we guarantee that if you use RESPeRATE as recommended
for 8 consecutive weeks from date of purchase and your
blood pressure does not go down, you can return the
device and we will refund the purchase price, less the
cost of handling and restocking which is $40.
Q: I’ve
ordered a RESPeRATE
device, when will I receive it?
A: In the continental United States, your
RESPeRATE
should arrive within 7 business days. Rush order of two
business days is also available for an additional fee.
Q: Is shopping
on-line with MSObiz.com secure?
A: MSObiz.com has security measures in place
to protect the
loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our
control. In
particular, all credit card and other transactional
information is
transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology-the industry

check or money order?
A: No. We do not accept checks or money orders.

A: Standard shipping should take between 5 -7
business days.
Q: Is rush
shipping available?
A: Yes. You can request rush shipping for an
additional $9.99. Rush shipping should arrive in two
business days.
Q: Will I be
charged for shipping and handling?
A: Yes. You will be charged $14.99 for shipping
and handling. If you select rush shipping, you will be
charged an additional $9.99.
Q: Will I be
charged sales tax?
A: You will not be charged sales tax, unless you
live in New Jersey. If
you live in New Jersey you will be charged the standard
New Jersey sales
tax for your area.

want to return RESPeRATE?

1-201-670-9999 if you would like to return your product.
Refunds will only be offered to those individuals who
receive a Returned to Manufacturer Authorization (RGA) number from
a Customer Service representative.

Return Policy?
A: We are so confident that
RESPeRATE can lower
your blood pressure that we will refund your money (less
a $40 restocking and handling fee) if your blood
pressure is not reduced within 8 weeks of proper use of
product (15 minutes per day, 3 – 4 times per week).
Returns will only be accepted within 8 weeks from
purchase date.
