Our Methodology
TVS has developed a four-phase process that has been
proven consistently successful with our clients.
However, we have also learned that each and every client
situation is different. Therefore, we work to reaffirm
those tasks that you have already accomplished,
complement the skill set of your existing personnel, and
work with you to achieve the needed finance and
objective business results that more than compensates
for our fees.
Phase 1: Initial Review
If necessary, TVS partners will validate the business
and product concept of a potential client company. This
validation is usually done at the company's facility at
minimal cost to the prospective client. After the
initial review, TVS will advise the company of its
assessment and propose an appropriate engagement
strategy to meet the company's objectives.
Phase 2: Business Analysis
In this phase, TVS validates the product to market
fit. TVS provides the client with a detailed finance and
business/market plan outlining the steps necessary to
pursue the market objective and optimize the business
and finance results.
Phase 3: Business Development
TVS provides the client with hands-on business,
market, and sales development together with a well
designed capital raising process. Depending on the
client's needs, TVS can launch a product introduction,
commence the sales and marketing efforts, provide
managerial staff and even hire permanent personnel. At
the end of the engagement, TVS provides the client with
well funded business with product orders, reference
accounts, and, if required, a competent, well-run
channel/partner organization.
Phase 4: Continuing Support
TVS remains committed to its clients' continued
success and is capable of providing services as
requested on a long-term basis; from periodic consulting
and additional finance rounds to interim executive
staffing.
Once again, the above methodology is flexibly applied
based on the current needs and status of our client's
situation.
We work with our clients in one of two basic
compensation modes:
- We contract with you for the desired business
result and take partial or turnkey operational
responsibility for achieving those results. During our
engagement discussions, we work with you to ensure that
the anticipated TVS fees are more than compensated for
in the value you receive with the successful achievement
of the business result(s).
- One or more of our executive partners serve as
part an integral part of your executive team. Since this
is done on an interim or time-shared basis, the cost of
this is significantly less than hiring permanent and
full time executives.
